01 📖 Definitions

03 📝 Account Registration

3.1 One Account per Player

04 🔐 Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k11777 account login credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication details. k11777 will never ask for your password — any communication purporting to be from k11777 that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

05 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

06 💳 Deposits

07 💸 Withdrawals

7.1 KYC Requirements

08 🎁 Bonuses & Promotions

k11777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. k11777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each eligible player may claim each welcome bonus offer once only. Repeated claims constitute a breach of these Terms.

09 🎮 Gaming Rules

13 🔒 Account Suspension & Closure

k11777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time of request.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so arising from applicable law or licensing obligations.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is closed by k11777 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real money balance (net of voided bonuses and fraudulently obtained funds) will be reviewed and returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts closed for fraud, money laundering, or underage access will be referred to the appropriate authorities and no funds will be returned pending the outcome of any investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting k11777 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real money balance will be paid out after all wagering requirements have been assessed.

14 🌐 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If the internal complaints process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated under k11777's gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
